Shipping

Most of our items are ready to ship, however all bags are made to order. Please allow upto 3 weeks for items to be made/processed and packaged prior to shipping.  

All of our items ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which averages a 2-5 day delivery time within the United States, however due to COVID 19 First-Class Mail can now take upto 2 weeks to reach your doorstep. All domestic shipping orders will come with tracking information. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email used to make the purchase.

* Once you've received your tracking number and your items have shipped, your package is no longer the responsibility of Dae+Moo. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages.

For international deliveries Dae+Moo does not take any responsibility for customs duties, taxes or charges. 

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and/or returns will only be issued within 5 days of product delivery to the customer. Once your return/exchange has been received, your items will be inspected to insure that it hasn't been used, washed or stained. After inspection, a full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued. Exchanges will be honored as long as the item you wish to purchase is still in stock. Customer will be responsible for cost of return shipping.

Please note, custom items or any accessories that may inclued masks, jewelry and hair items cannot be exchanged nor refunded.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes items may not be the right fit or color for you so are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.
